If your request is approved, we'll arrange collection where applicable or provide you with return instructions.

Once your product has been received and inspected, we'll process your replacement, store credit or refund (where applicable).

To qualify for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be sealed, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
📦 Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault upon delivery:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email support@limelightsa.store with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we'll arrange collection (where required) and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement products are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after inspection.
❌ Incorrect Item Received
If we've accidentally sent you the wrong product:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We'll arrange collection of the incorrect item.
- Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch the correct product as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

All Limelight Outdoor Lighting products are backed by our manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation.
- Misuse, abuse or negligence.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
- Damage caused by flooding, fire, lightning, power surges or other natural events.

- Products may be inspected before a refund, replacement or warranty claim is approved.
- Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.
